Requirements to access the website

Healiosmed courses can be accessed through various devices and platforms, on a personal computer (PC), Mac desktops, and laptops. You can also access our courses through mobile and tablet browsers both in android and iPhone devices. 

The minimum browser and internet requirements 

• Latest Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge/Opera/Brave/IE11 for the desktop/laptop
• A broadband connection with a minimum speed of 800kbps 
• (Flash player - not required) 

Desktop or laptop requirement 

• OS - Windows 7 or higher; Ubuntu 16 or higher 
• RAM: 4 GB or more 
• Video - Graphics output capability 
• Audio - Sound output capability 

MAC specific requirement

• OS: Mac OS 10.12 or higher 
• RAM: 4 GB or more 
• Video - Graphics output capability 
• Audio - Sound output capability
